Aメロのはじめ「Sometimes I get the feelin' She's watchin' over me」のSheとは誰だ？と不思議だったのですが、父より先立った母？なのかな？とも感じました。母がいないからこそ父は、息子一人残さないよう必死に死と戦っていたのかもしれません。そして息子は、そんな父に安心させるため、無理させぬために歌った歌にも感じます。
